'The Alexander Technique has had a profound impact on my life. Before I encountered it, I was completely disconnected from my body--I felt like it was something foreign to me, an awkward tool that was always in my way. The Alexander Technique has helped me be fully in touch with and in love with my body, and use it as an asset in everything I do instead of an obstacle."
