"Jeremy is a compassionate, thorough, passionate and determined teacher and guide. My work as an actor has improved considerably since my exposure to Jeremy and to the Alexander Technique. He meets you where you are and helps you to shine. I cannot recommend him highly enough for anyone seeking greater mobility, expression, and health."

" [...] thank you again for introducing me to and giving the gift of trying out Alexander Technique. I sort of laughed (and probably did out loud) when you said something about it being a calm in the storm of my day. [...] However, much to my surprise, you were exactly right. I left the session, sat in my car and felt at ease. As if I’d come out of a bit of a meditation with both mind and body a little bit more mine, a little less tense."

"The training I was able to do with Jeremy in the Alexander Technique has inspired new confidence, ease, and creativity in my acting. [...] Whether you want to ignite a deeper sense of mind-body connection or refine your philosophy on storytelling, Jeremy’s classes are transformational and will help you expand your sense of self. I think I even grew taller!" -Harsh J. Gagoomal (Theatre Artist) |

"The latter half of 2014 was fairly hellish for me. I was in chronic pain from disc bulge in my lower back that didn’t seem to be getting better. As an actor, movement and dexterity are a crucial aspects of my career. I began to take steps to fix the problem. Making slight progress through a Chiropractor and Orthopedic Surgeon, I decided to reacquaint myself with The Alexander Technique for good measure. Within the first ten minutes of a session with Jeremy, I felt immense relief and release. I stopped judging my body and began listening to it. With careful attention to detail, Jeremy helped me pin-point problem areas that were attributing to my chronic pain.
Massages are nice, as someone is physically manipulating your muscles to relieve tension…But, with The Alexander Technique you are empowered to work on yourself outside of sessions. You are given tools for improvement that affect every aspect of your day-to-day life."

"Alexander technique is one of the many ways to increase mindfulness of the body and breathing, which is essential for musicians (such as myself). After working with Jeremy, I had a fresh perspective to incorporate into my practice routine, which improved my posture, breathing, and overall performance. As a teacher, Jeremy creates an atmosphere of meditative-like calmness, and works with patient persistence. His background in both music and in theater gives him a deep understanding of the wide range of clients that seek guidance. I highly recommend every musician take Alexander Technique with Jeremy if you wish to take your playing to the next level!"

"I was as skeptical as they come about this whole thing. Consider me a convert. After my hour lesson, I felt so simultaneously invigorated and relaxed, and I was incredibly surprised by the changes in my approach to my movement. It really does make you aware of how you use your body and how you can improve upon that use for the benefit of your overall health. Jeremy is devoted and committed to this school of thought, and it shows in the work he's doing."
