We give you a series of embodied explorations that challenge your habitual patterns of movement and help you to come into alignment with the natural function and design of your body. As you repeat these explorations and fill in gaps in your awareness the habitual patterns drop away and new positive habits are formed.
In the process you gain the experience of being in your body in a vibrant, completely fresh way.
These explorations can be undertaken in one-on-one and private sessions tailored to your specific challenges and needs or in group sessions that use communal learning as a way to facilitate growth.
The work is effective whether undertaken online or in-studio. When meeting in studio we also deepen your awareness through a special hands-on bodywork that helps you to build an embodied sense of yourself.
